I haven't done any serious stamping for years. So I decided it was time I had a look into my stamp stash and get out the embossing powders again. One of the first stamps I came across was this large butterfly stamp...it's 4" across. I stamped onto white vellum with white ink, and then used white embossing powder. I thought it looked a bit bare, so added the pearls. The seam binding is from the Ribbon Girl Pearls are from my stash the sentiment stamp is from Docrafts and the paper is Pinkpaislee.

Especially for You
I've never done any colouring before. But I bought some Pro Markers and there were some freebie stamps on the magazine I bought, so I thought I would have a go. I used the gorgeous 'Sugar Blossom' papers by Quirky Twerp over at Digichick. I first saw these on Clare's blog, and they are just my taste.

Friendship
I love the sentiment on this card, and use it quite a lot on cards and gifts. I just received my lovely binding tapes from the Ribbon Girl...Here I love the peach one and just had to use it on this card. I cut the rose and leaves on my Silhouette, added some glitter to the rose petals and beadazzles to the leaves.

With All My Love
This card was made using the lovely Tilda 'Classic' Paper Stack. I love these papers so much that I bought two 12" x12" stacks. They are double sided designs, too. The card and gift box are not for anyone in particular, I just wanted to make something pretty with the papers and roses.
If you click on the images you will see them much clearer.

Button Twine Folders
I love to make little storage folders for my ribbons and twine. I have just bought the two colours of button twine from the The Ribbon Girl...here. I made scalloped cards to wind the twine around, and then made folders to keep them in. I also make a twine threading gadget from a piece of thin wire. This allows you to pull the twine through button holes of any size.
Both folders were cut on my Silhouette machine. The first folder is my own design, the second folder was a freebie Silhouette design.

First Valentine's Card
I got some lovely heart doilies and had to get to work using them, so this is my first Valentine's card. I wanted to keep it quite minimalist, so just used the heart with a few pearls and one of the lovely Pink Petticoat - Tiny {Sweetheart} Sentiments, which are downloadable... here. There are 24 sweet sentiments in the collection. I decided to go for blue just as a change to the normal pink/red. I used Pink Petticoat small background roses from the 'Vintage Rose' collection, also downloadable from...here.

Friendship
There are a few friends I could send this card to...it's going to be the one to have their birthday first this year. I cut the tiny flowers from plain vellum, on my Silhouette machine. I then coloured the edges with chalk ink, and added liquid pearls to the centres. The matt was cut with a Martha Stewart punch, and the sentiment is from Melissa Frances.
Especially For You
This card gives me a lift, with thoughts of Springtime. Lovely Pink Petticoat ditsy rosebuds from the 'Vintage Rose' collection, which also includes the sentiment... here. To trim the tiny hearts I used bakers twine from The Ribbon Girl...here I made the flower by gathering some crochet trim into a circle, added a couple of Prima flowers, some stamens and a little glitter. I used a Martha Stewart punch to add a bit of dimension to the bottom.
