Hi all, hope you're all well. We're having typical bank holiday weather here in the UK...it's very cold. And I heard on the news that it was warmer at Christmas!! Weird weather patterns.
Today I have a card that was made by mistake, (one of my many senior moments - LOL!), but it will probably come in for someone at sometime in the future...
I used Spellbinders Edgeabilities on my card base. The bodice stamp is from the 'Couture' collection by Stampendous, it's called 'Beaded Bodice'. It's quite a large stamp and I'm almost sure that it was designed by Kathy Mills of the Glitter Girls. I've had it quite a long time, before the glitter girls formed their partnership.
I stamped with clear ink, then embossed with Moon Glow - Starburst Candy Rose embossing powder, which gives a beautiful two tone effect. To embellish, I added some white and pink pearls, and some of my crystal coloured pearl maker. I gathered some pink tulle and attached to the back of the bodice to make it look more...Ooh La La! To finish I added a siam pink seam binding bow, some pretty pastel pearl teardrop pins, and a hand written tag. My seam binding, pearls, pins and tulle are all from the
Pretty Little Ribbon Shop.
I would like to enter my card into the following challenges...
Thank you for stopping by
Have a lovely weekend xx
