Charity Cards

Hi everyone! Today I have three not so special generic cards to show, and they will be added to my collection of charity cards. I apologise for the poor quality photo's, unfortunately the sky was very grey with heavy cloud when I took them.

The flowers on my first card were printed and cut on my Cameo then laid across the Cheery Lynn 'Mexican Tile' frame and given a little dimension.
I created the background on my second card using four Spellbinders 'Corner Flourish' dies. The central die is by Marianne.  I stamped my flowers and coloured with ProMarkers. I added some enamel accents to the flower centres.
For my final card I embossed the background with Spellbinders 'Garden Lattice' EF then added cosmic shimmer 'Vintage Pink' faux pearls. My image is from Flourishes 'Tulips for Friends'..... I love this stamp set!
I coloured my tulips with Anna Griffin water colour markers.
That's all for today folks!  I will probably show some more charity cards later in the week
Thank you for stopping by
Love, Sasha xx

Flourishes Beautiful World Tour - Vintage

Good morning everyone! Thank you for joining me on the first Monday of 2014!!
It's time for another Flourishes Beautiful World Tour!  So, grab yourself a cuppa and join in with us as we travel the world.
If you're on track you should have arrived here in the UK from Kathy's blog in Australia.  But if you should get lost along your way, you can hop back to the beginning - Flourishes blog in Florida.
By joining in with us, and leaving a comment on each designers blog by 31st January, you will be in with the chance of winning a FREE FLOURISHES STAMP SET!!!
This month Anne-Elise is our hostess, and she as asked us to create something with a vintage feel.
Here is my take on the challenge.....a card with a soft vintage feel.....
As you can see I used two doilies as my focal point.  I sponged the edges with Tattered Rose distress ink and stamped the top doily with one of the sentiments from  'Garden Gate' set of stamps.
I cut some flowers and buds on my Cameo and coloured those with Tattered Rose distress ink. I then added some pearl stamen to the centres.
The rose leaves were stamped from part of the 'Lenten Rose' stamp set.  I cut them out and water coloured them. I also stamped around my base card with the 'Lenten Rose' stamp. To complete, I added an organza bow.
Here you can see the sentiment more clearly.....
Thank you for stopping by.  Your next stop along the way is at Bridgets blog in Northern Ireland....
