Just One Word - LIM Week 47

Hi folks.  Hope you all had a lovely Christmas and now looking forward to 2012.

My keyboard decided to die over Christmas, and I had to buy a new one.  Also, my SLR camera has developed a large black spot on the inside of the lens.  If anyone has any advise on how to remove it, I would be very grateful.  I'm having to use my little point and shoot and the light has been so bad today.  So please excuse the photo.

Chrissie and Mandi over at Less Is More have challenged us to make a card using just one word.  For my card I used the Friends stamp by HOTP.

I embossed my base card.  The top is a Spellbinder picot edge die folded in half with threaded ribbon.  I stamped friends in black archival ink and touched the letters in with a turquoise glimmer pen to match the ribbon, and also added three tiny gems to the letter 'F'.

Thank you for stopping by xx

Wow Sasha! The simplicity of this card is stunning! I love your lettering and the turquoise fill in of the letters is a genius touch...must try that myself. Your white card stock always looks so white, crisp and sturdy....nery high quality looking! Whatbrand is it?

Hope you have managed to sort out your camera problem (isn't it a pain when our technology thingys are out of action).

Have a very happy and peaceful 2012.

Stunning card Sasha, love how you threaded the ribbon through the fancy edge to the die cut:)
Is the spot inside the lens or in the camera? You may have to take it to a local camera shop to sort the prob out but this photo is fine :)
All the best for 2012
