Butterflies and Blossoms

Hi everyone! Thanks for stopping by.
Today I have created a card for the Timeless Tuesday Challenge. Maki is host this week, and she has asked us to make something with a summer theme.
Well, we still haven't had any summer, yet, in the UK. When/if it ever arrives, my favourite things about summer, are to sit in our garden among the flowers and watch the beautiful butterlies and bees.  With those things in mind, I have created a card and bookmark, using stamps from Flourishes - 'Butterflies and Blossoms' set of stamps....

For my card I used Spellbinders Shapeabilites 'Fair Isle Pendants' and Nestabilities 'Fleur De Lis Squares'. Ialso did some layering and cut a coordinating shaped card.  I stamped the flowers and butterfly straight into the Fleur De Lis square and coloured them with Pro Markers. I then stamped again onto another piece of card coloured and did some dimensional work on one flower and the butterfly...
My bookmark was die cut using Spellbinders - 'Fancy Tags Two'.  Once again I did some layering then stamped the sentiment along with another butterfly from the same set of stamps. I fussy cut the butterfly before adding it to the bookmark.
I would also like to enter my card into the following challenges...
Thank you stopping by xx

Hi Sasha,
I love how you have layered our Fair Isle over yhe colored cardstock and then again over a white base. Do you cut the two layers out freehand? If so, you're cutting is quite perfect and I am soooo envious! This card is precious!
