Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge #183

Good morning dear blogging friends.  Thanks for stopping by.  I hope you are all well.
How time flies!  It's my third week as guest designer at Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge. This week Makiko is our host, and she has asked us to create a card/project with a bug...butterfly, bee, spider! It can be any insect.
Of course I chose my favourite bug, which is a butterfly.  Here is my card...
I chose to use two sets of Flourishes stamps... 'Lenten Rose' and 'Butterflies and Blossoms'.  These are two of my favourite sets.

I stamped my Lenten roses onto a Spellbinders labels twenty-two, using the out of the box technique, then coloured with ProMarkers. I sponged the edges with Spun Sugar distress ink. I then stamped my butterfly onto another piece of card, coloured with ProMarkers and fussy cut it out. I added some pink gems to the body and made some pink wire antennae.
I added my completed design to an embossed label twenty-two, and then added these to my card base. To finish I tied a pink ribbon bow and added a gem to the centre.
Please stop by the FTTC design team blogs for some wonderful inspiration...and why not join in with us?

Because there is so much pink on my card, I would like to enter it into the following challenge...

In the Pink - Fifty Shades of Pink

Thank you for stopping by

This is just stunning Sasha....really and truly gorgeous. I had to look up the out of the box technique as I had never heard of it before....there were several different ways of doing it on you tube. Which do you reccommend? Using an embossing mat mask or placing the die over the stamped creation, fussy cutting then flipping the cut part out and die cut the rest?
