First of all, I would like to say hello, and welcome to my new followers.
It's over a week since I last blogged anything. I caught the flu, and felt quite ill. I had a very sore throat and because I already have a problem with my throat, it just made things much worse. I spent my birthday in bed.
Then, my dear husband decided to fit some new bedroom furniture, which completely disrupted my craft space and I couldn't get to my computer. So today is the first chance I've had to make anything.
Here is my card, which came about by accident. It's a frame card, and I'm quite pleased with the results...
Punch two 5" squares, (12.8cm squares). You then fix these onto the front and back of your card. It's that easy!
To complete my card, I added an embossed frame to the front, and a cute digi image by Karen Middleton, which I purchased from Cuddly Buddly Crafts. I printed the image onto a Spellbinder label, then coloured with PM's. Finally, I made a bow and button trim to co-ordinate.

Oh poor you Sasha! You sound as if you've really been in the wars - I hope you're feeling better now. I don't know which is worse - having the flu or not being able to get near your crafting supplies! This is such a beautiful spring card. I love the frame effect and that pretty bow embellishment.
