Chrissie and Mandi at Less Is More have challenged us to make a card from our scraps this week.
I have a bag at the side of my craft desk where I throw all my small bits and pieces of card and paper. Before I took it to recycle, I pulled out four tiny off cuts and stamped my four ladies. The stamp set is called 'Fancy Hats' from the quatros range by Hero Arts. These stamps are only 1" square and I haven't used them for years. I'm sure that they are now discontinued. I coloured with PM's then cut around them with the smallest die from Spellbinders Fleur De Lis set of dies, and mounted them onto a scrap of black brocade card.....

Wow; this made me think of a touch of Art Deco; a style period from the last century ( about 1920 I believe..). These stamps are gorgeous. And I love the simple but deinitely stunning look of your card!
